11-13 is the age when the boys and girls need to start getting introduced to some of the movement patterns and exposed to gym etiquette; In our Youth program heavy emphasis is placed on proper mechanics during jumping, squatting, hinging, and other patterns that young athletes will need to have a good understanding of before they get into high school weight room. We go after muscle groups that are primarily deficient at this age, but we also work on power and agility as well as speed.
Strength
Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.
Healthy habits
Our gym classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime. We teach them gym etiquette and how to behave in weight room once in heighschool.
Teamwork & leadership
Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.
Confidence
Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
